Flavour notes of sour cherry, cinnamon and clove with a bitter punch from the gentian root. Works well as an all-round addition to most cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Whisky Sour. For a non-alcoholic drink try this with lemonade.
LEMON, HOPS & HERBS
Flavour notes of zingy lemon, hops for floral notes, a subtle hint of herbs and a bitter kick from the artemisia plant. Works brilliantly when added to a G & T or lighter drinks and cocktails such as champagne or a Gin Fizz. It can even be used to enhance hot drinks like a cup of green tea.
Flavour notes of orange, warming ginger, star anise and a bitter hit from cinchona bark. A great addition to a wide range of drinks and cocktails such as a Dark & Stormy or a Gin Sour. Try adding this to a hot chocolate.
RHUBARB & HIBISCUS
Flavour notes of rhubarb, hibiscus, ginger and a bitter hit from the artemisia plant. A great partner to a simple G & T, vodka or champagne cocktails. For non-alcoholic options try adding to lemonade or tonic. This is the most delicate of all our bitters.
GRAPEFRUIT & BASIL
Flavour notes of ruby grapefruit, basil, black pepper and a bitter kick from the artemisia plant. This is a versatile bitters, working well with G & T, negroni and a range of classic cocktails. It also works well with a range of soft drinks.
