Our Bitters are incredibly versatile and can be used in a wide variety of drinks so go ahead, experiment. Here are a few recipes to get you started - follow us on social media for more ideas.

SPICED ORANGE G&T

  • 50 ml gin

  • Tonic water

  • 4-5 dashes of our Spiced Orange bitters

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Twist of orange

  • Ice

Just add the ingredients to your glass, along with ice. You can use hardy herbs like thyme or rosemary as a garnish. 

 

 
 

LEMON, HOPS & HERBS GIN SOUR

  • 50 ml gin

  • 1/2 egg white

  • 25 ml sugar syrup

  • 25 ml lemon juice

  • 4-5 dashes of our Lemon, Hop & Herb bitters

  • Ice

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for about a minute and strain into a glass. Add a few more dashes of bitters to garnish.

OLD FASHIONED

  • 50 ml whisky
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 4-5 dashes of our No. 1 Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 orange
  • ice (large cubes work best)

Add the sugar and bitters to your glass along with a splash of hot water. Stir your mix till until you have dissolved the sugar and let it cool a little. Add the whisky and ice and stir. Cut a piece of orange peel (about the size of your thumb) and twist it over the glass to add a spritz of orange oil to the surface of your drink. Drop the peel into your drink and stir once more.
